All Sales Are Final
All artwork purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors.
Please review artwork descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Handling
All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are calculated or quoted separately from the artwork price.
Artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe transportation. Shipping costs may vary based on artwork dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, destination, and carrier.
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Any anticipated delays will be communicated to the purchaser.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order number, photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage. Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
Damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments will be reviewed individually, and appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Original Artwork & Appearance
Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece. Slight variations in texture, color, and surface appearance are natural characteristics of original art.
Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and display devices.
Artwork dimensions and materials are provided in each individual listing.
Copyright & Reproduction
All artwork, images, and original designs remain the intellectual property of Ally Delle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchase of an original artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights.
Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
